Brandie
Brandie is the Operations Manager and Team Lead based in Murphy, supporting all locations as needed. She has been in the field since 2012 and joined Bright Eyes in 2019. She helps keep operations running smoothly and supports the team in whatever the day brings. Outside of work, she enjoys thrifting and DIY projects. She loves being part of a team that feels like family and supporting Dr. Colton’s meaningful mission.
Linda
Linda is the Vision Therapist at our Murphy location. She has worked in the medical field since 1986 and joined Bright Eyes in December 2022. She develops and implements personalized vision therapy programs for patients. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her two Cavapoo dogs. She finds her work incredibly rewarding and values her relationships with both patients and colleagues.
Kate
Kate is the Lead Trainer, based at our Murphy location. She joined Bright Eyes in November 2020. In her role, she helps train new team members and supports patient coordinators with insurance processes, helping ensure a smooth and knowledgeable front office experience. Outside of work, Kate enjoys exploring new coffee shops around the DFW area. She values the positive environment at Bright Eyes and takes pride in being part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
Jared
Jared is an Optician and Technician at our Murphy location. He has been in the field since 2018 and joined Bright Eyes in September 2023. He assists with pre-testing, glasses orders, and troubleshooting optical concerns. In his free time, Jared enjoys building computers. His favorite part of the job is seeing patients light up when they find the perfect pair of glasses.
Nisa
Nisa is a Patient Coordinator and Technician at our Murphy location. She began her career in 2024 and joined Bright Eyes in April 2025. She supports insurance verification, patient communication, and pre-testing. Outside of work, Nisa enjoys trying new coffee shops, self care, reading, and spending time with her daughters. She finds fulfillment in helping patients feel heard and cared for.
Victoria
Victoria is a Patient Coordinator at our Murphy location. She has been in the medical field since 2009 and joined Bright Eyes in 2026. She helps patients get checked in and keeps the front office running smoothly—especially when it comes to navigating insurance. Outside of work, Victoria is a mom of two and enjoys spending time with her family, including her Bichon Frise, Mochi. She also loves walking, reading, and trying new recipes. Victoria appreciates the team-oriented environment at Bright Eyes and enjoys being part of a group that truly helps patients see life more clearly—no pun intended.
Princess
Princess is a Float Patient Coordinator and Technician based at our Murphy location. She supports patient scheduling, insurance verification, and overall patient care. She enjoys traveling and experiencing new things outside of work. Princess loves connecting with patients and values the relationships she builds with both patients and her team.
Berenice
Berenice is an Optician at our Murphy location. She began working in the field in 2022 and joined Bright Eyes in December 2024. She assists with frame selection, adjustments, and patient support, including Spanish translation. Outside of work, she enjoys playing card games. She values the camaraderie of her team.
Mryam
Mryam is a part-time Patient Coordinator based at our Murphy location. She joined Bright Eyes in September 2025. She supports front office operations and plays an important role in assisting with communication, including translating for Arabic-speaking patients. Outside of work, Mryam enjoys painting and going on hikes. She values being part of a supportive team and takes pride in helping serve patients while upholding the Bright Eyes mission.
