Francis Lister, O.D. earned his undergraduate degree in Biology and Biochemistry from The University of Arizona, and his Doctorate in Optometry from The Ohio State University College of Optometry.
Sana Rana, O.D.
Sana Rana, O.D. earned her undergraduate degree from Boston University in Health Sciences and continued to pursue her Doctor of Optometry degree at the New England College of Optometry (NECO) in Boston.
Daisy
Daisy is the Team Lead and a technician at our Richardson location, supporting patient care across the clinic since 2010. In her role, she assists with patient orders, performs diagnostic testing and supports scheduling to help ensure an efficient and positive patient experience. Outside of work, Daisy enjoys spending time at her ranch with friends and family.
Patty
Patty is the primary Ophthalmic Technician at our Richardson location, specializing in pre-testing to support efficient and thorough patient exams. She has been in the field since 1998 and has played a key role in our office since 2007, ensuring patients receive high-quality care from the moment they begin their visit. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Kelly
Kelly is a Patient Coordinator and Laboratory Technician, based at our Richardson location since 2010. In her role, she supports patients through a variety of day-to-day operations that help keep the clinic running smoothly. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys books, music, art, and puzzle solving. She appreciates being part of a growing team that provides quality care to patients of all ages.
Judith
Judith is a Patient Coordinator at our Richardson location. She has been in the medical field since 2016 and joined Bright Eyes in September 2025. She supports patient communications, insurance verification, scheduling and referrals. Outside of work, Judith is a proud mom of two beautiful daughters. She enjoys helping patients and making a positive impact in their care.
Emily
Emily is an Optician at our Richardson location. She began working in the field in 2022 and joined Bright Eyes in September 2025. She assists patients with frame styling, repairs and lens selection. Outside of work, Emily enjoys playing music and creating art. She loves helping patients feel confident and stylish in their glasses.
Diana
Diana is a Float Patient Coordinator and Technician based out of our Richardson location, but also serves patients at our West Plano and Murphy offices. She joined Bright Eyes in November 2025 and supports scheduling, insurance verification, patient pre-testing, as well as Spanish translation. Outside of work, she enjoys DIY projects, beauty trends, family time and exploring new restaurants. She is passionate about helping patients feel understood and supported.
