Parvin
Parvin is an optician and has been at our West Plano location since 1998. She has worked front desk, technician, insurance and optician through the years. She has really done it all! Since our location became Bright Eyes Vision Clinic, she mostly works on the optical side. What she loves most about working at Bright Eyes is frame styling and helping patients find the perfect pair of glasses. She really likes to see patients returning year after year and feels like she’s a part of their lives. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.
Laura
Laura is a Team Lead and Technician based at our West Plano location. She began working in the medical field in 2022 and joined Bright Eyes in September 2025. In her role, she assists with pre-testing and contact lens orders, helping ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience. Outside of work, Laura enjoys listening to audiobooks, cooking and taking her corgis on walks. She loves the family-like atmosphere at Bright Eyes.
Brianna
Brianna is a Patient Coordinator at our West Plano location. She has been in the field since 2018 and joined Bright Eyes in December 2025. She assists with scheduling, pre-testing, insurance verification and referrals. Outside of work, Brianna enjoys attending music festivals and anime conventions. She loves building connections with patients.
Edna
Edna is an Optician at our West Plano location and joined Bright Eyes in December 2025. She helps patients select frames, processes orders, and supports scheduling. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her energetic pup and watching series and case videos. She appreciates the supportive team environment at Bright Eyes.
