Christopher Frampton, O.D. earned his undergraduate degree in Microbiology from Brigham Young University, and his Doctorate in Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis Tennessee. During his doctorate studies Dr. Frampton was chosen for the Dr. Alicia A. Groce Scholarship for his work in Neuro-Rehabilitation, as well as a Presidential Endowment for academic achievement.

Dr. Frampton went on to complete his internship rotation in Ocular Disease at The Eye Center at Southern College of Optometry, where he provided diagnostic and medical care for inner city youth and elderly patients suffering from diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, cataracts, and severe dry eyes. Dr. Frampton completed a second rotation in Neuro-Rehabilitation and Vision Therapy at Neuro-Vision Associates of North Texas in Dallas, where he treated children with binocular vision disorders like lazy eye, and adults to recover from traumatic brain injuries like concussions.

Dr. Frampton is a Doctor of Optometry, and board certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry. He is licensed by the Texas Optometry Board as a Therapeutic Optometrist to administer and prescribe medication for the eyes. He is a member of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD), the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association (NORA), the International Sports Vision Association (ISVA), and the Optometric Education Program Foundation (OEPF).

Dr. Frampton has given volunteer service all around the world. He lived on the eastern coast of South Korea for two years, helping people to overcome addictions, reach their goals, and achieve family happiness.

He most enjoys providing high quality medical care to help children and seniors recover from neurological processing disorders. He uses the latest technology to diagnose eye diseases and keeps up with the newest eye treatments for his patients.

In his free time, Dr. Frampton enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering and helping patients who otherwise don’t have access to quality medical eye care.
